Casoodo Terms of Service

Casoodo operates this online store and is the merchant responsible for orders placed on Casoodo.com.

You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and the order confirmation is issued.

We may cancel and refund an order if a listing error, stock issue, payment failure, suspected fraud, or delivery restriction prevents fulfillment.

Products may be new, open-box, refurbished, or pre-owned. The condition displayed on the product page applies to the item ordered.

The product page and checkout show the price and currency charged. Prices may change before an order is placed, but an accepted order is charged at the confirmed checkout price.

Product images and descriptions are provided to identify the item. Minor appearance differences may occur where the listing explains them.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by product. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

Casoodo may use payment service providers to securely process a transaction. The order summary must identify the product, total price, and currency before payment is submitted.

Casoodo currently ships to customer addresses in the United States and United Kingdom from its Modesto, California fulfillment location.

Standard shipping is free. Orders have a 2:00 PM Pacific cutoff, 0–1 day handling time, and an estimated 5–8 day transit time. The total estimated delivery time is 5–9 days.

Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. Carrier delays and incorrect customer address information can affect delivery estimates.

Casoodo accepts returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Returns are made by mail with the free return label included in the package. There is no restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Full instructions are published in the Return & Exchange Policy.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with checkout, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Website content, branding, and software may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
